Brewer Spec’s & Coffee Pods

Extraction Process

The extraction process & brewer specifications:

Ensure that water is infused over the pod evenly at the ideal temperature

The SunCafé has unique flow channels in the pod holders that prevent water from flowing around or through the pod too quickly

A paused water flow system optimizes contact between the coffee and water. With about 35 psi vibration pump pressure, the brewing system captures the complexity of the beans in every cup

Built in boiler means that water heats up very quickly

Arabica beans from around the world

Colombian coffee is by far our biggest seller here at Kienna. We only purchase the best arabica coffee from all over the world including Indonesia, Thailand, Kenya, Uganda, Honduras, Panama, Jamaica and even the Galapagos Islands. Finding the right roast degree is the task of our Roast Masters and they take their jobs very seriously. Our two primary Roast Masters themselves are from Colombia, and coincidentally, are brothers! We are proud of our cultural diversity as we have people from many countries around the world working with us. Our staff are like family and work as a team to ensure the coffee’s quality, freshness, and consistency. Our staff has worked with us for many years — and many more to come. Please enjoy our specialty blends — and thank you for inviting us to your morning routine!
